She was built in GRP by Pershing Yachts in Italy and delivered in 2005. She features a deep-V planing hull and a GRP superstructure, with a teak cockpit and platform. She is a fully equipped yacht, powered by twin 900 hp MAN diesel engines (both overhauled in 2017). She cruises smoothly at 34 knots and can reach a top speed of 43 knots.
The interior has been designed to comfortably accommodate six guests in three cabins: the owner's cabin forward with a double bed and en-suite bathroom, a twin cabin to port with side-by-side single berths, and a third cabin to starboard with a double berth. The guest cabins share a second bathroom. She also accommodates a crew member in a cabin with facilities in separate quarters aft. The spacious cabins are complemented by large living areas both indoors and outdoors.
