DESCRIPTION
“Sea Flight” is a particularly original and well-preserved example of the renowned Fairline Turbo 36. Offering exceptional accommodation for her size, she features two generous cabins, two heads compartments, a spacious deck saloon, practical galley and excellent exterior entertaining space.
She has reportedly been berthed at Lymington Yacht Haven for approximately 33 years and has benefited from regular professional maintenance. A comprehensive service and maintenance history is said to accompany the boat, together with invoices for upgrades including the bow thruster, navigation equipment and heating. She has also benefitted from a recent detail including a polish and carpet cleaning.
Originally owned by the late Air Vice-Marshal Neville Duke CB, DSO, OBE, DFC & Two Bars, one of Britain’s most celebrated fighter and test pilots.
The twin Volvo Penta TAMD61A 306hp diesels have comparatively low recorded hours and provide reassuring shaft-driven performance. Her solid Bernard Olesinski hull, substantial accommodation and excellent sea-keeping continue to make the Turbo 36 one of Fairline’s most highly regarded classic motor yachts.
Viewing is highly recommended.
