Lancer 72 – Solid yacht with pilothouse and enormous space
The owner is open to trading for another smaller boat.
Offered here is a distinctive and exceptionally solid Lancer 72, built in heavy-duty fiberglass construction and featuring a well-thought-out layout that makes her ideal both as a long-distance cruiser and as a comfortable year-round liveaboard yacht.
This boat offers a remarkably spacious pilothouse, multiple cabins, and a large saloon — overall, a vessel with significant potential and many possible uses.
Perfect for bluewater cruising or year-round living
The Lancer 72 is suitable for bluewater sailing as well as a liveaboard houseboat. She is equipped with thermal windows and a powerful central heating system, ensuring year-round comfort — even in cold conditions.
The boat has been continuously maintained and updated according to standards, and presents itself as a solid platform for new adventures — whether the ambition is ocean cruising or a stable liveaboard solution.
Deck and pilothouse
The large aft deck offers unusually generous space — with almost unlimited possibilities for relaxation, storage, or social activities. The aft deck can be enclosed with a cockpit cover, providing a sheltered and usable outdoor area even in poor weather.
From the deck you enter a spacious pilothouse with a seating area and a well-designed helm station with excellent visibility. The boat is surprisingly easy to handle, and the current owner has sailed her single-handed.
Interior layout below deck
The companionway leads down to a large and welcoming saloon with ample space for dining and relaxing.
Opposite the companionway is a well-equipped galley with all necessary facilities for comfortable onboard cooking.
Aft below deck on the starboard side there are two cabins with berths for one person each. These function as walkthrough cabins. Fully aft there is a practical workshop area with space for spare parts and equipment.
On the port side there are corresponding berths, providing many sleeping places and flexible usage options.
Forward section
Toward the bow there is a double cabin with an opposite bathroom including shower, sink, and toilet.
In the forepeak is the owner’s cabin with a double bed and good headroom. There is ample storage space and a pleasant sense of roominess, making extended stays onboard comfortable.
A yacht with many possibilities
The Lancer 72 is a spacious and solid yacht with many possible applications. She appeals to the serious long-distance sailor, the adventurous family — or the buyer seeking a stable and comfortable liveaboard vessel.
The boat is ready for her next owner and new adventures.
